Windmill, Vaassen (NL)

The small town Vaassen is located in the east of the Netherlands on the edge of the Veluwe natural area. This windmill is situated in the middle of town near Castle Cannenburch where my mother exhibited her paintings years ago. Daams' windmill was built in 1870 for milling grains. Nowadays it's a small cafe and lunchroom. You can still climb into the windmill to see the milling stone and workings.
